ABOUT US

Built on 40 Years of Hard Work

Steelmon is not a startup with a pitch deck and a promise. It is a company built by people who have spent careers inside the machine, running dealer networks, managing parts supply chains, and delivering service performance that the industry's biggest names benchmark themselves against.

Born from the Field,
Not the Boardroom

Steelmon was founded by Blount Equipment Services, an organization with more than four decades of senior leadership experience inside the most demanding, service-intensive industries in North America.

Our founders have held executive positions at corporations ranked number one in their industries for parts availability and after-sales service performance. That is not a marketing claim. It is the professional standard we were trained to, and the standard we have built Steelmon around from day one.

We saw a market where contractors were paying Bobcat prices for machines that sat idle waiting on parts.

Where dealer-first relationships had become dealer-last priorities.

Where the answer to "when will my machine be back online?" was increasingly "we're not sure."

Steelmon exists to answer that question differently.

"Every product is supported by the systems, processes, and people required to keep customers productive and protected."

STEELMON — Company Founding Principles

WHERE STEELMON WINS

Every market has its incumbents. Other player might have strong brand equity, dense dealer networks, and decades of operator loyalty. We do not underestimate them. What we do know is where the gaps are, and that is exactly where Steelmon is built to compete.

01.

Price vs. Performance

Steelmon delivers comparable core performance at a mid-market price, giving dealers a machine that wins on value without looking cheap.

02.

Parts & Uptime

Slow parts supply is the market's biggest operational pain point. Steelmon is building around domestic parts availability and fast-response support, a genuine competitive edge, not a feature bullet point.

03.

Dealer Responsiveness

Large OEMs struggle with dealer support at the field level. Steelmon's dealer-first model is structured around the support, responsiveness, and parts pipeline that smaller dealers actually need to win customers.

04.

Attachment Ecosystem

Operators are buying versatility. A machine that runs more attachments covers more job types — and Steelmon's platform is built to expand. The more a machine can do, the easier the buying decision becomes.
